Customer may not reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the Software or attempt to examine and discover the source code or structural framework of the Software, except and only to the extent provided by applicable law. Customer may not sell, assign, distribute, license, rent, rent, lease, loan or otherwise transfer the Software or any rights granted herein without ePRINTit`s™ prior written consent, or distribute the Software to any third party.
