Customer may not reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the Software or attempt to examine and discover the source code or structural framework of the Software, except and only to the extent provided by applicable law. Customer may not sell, assign, distribute, license, rent, rent, lease, loan or otherwise transfer the Software or any rights granted herein without ePRINTit`s™ prior written consent, or distribute the Software to any third party. Customer agrees that ePRINTit assumes no responsibility for services related to the Software, unless ePRINTit™™ has agreed otherwise in writing, whether in the form of training, education, media conversion, installation, modification, support or otherwise.
